Favorites : February 2017

Hi guys, February has been a very busy month at the office but at night I was so lazy and tired it was just not funny, not even a little bit. I have been binge watching Nashville the whole month and I am almost done watching it, any suggestions on what to watch next? Maybe that can be my first favorite - Nashville, its so full of drama but I can not stop saying "just one more", but let me tell you about the other favorites, the ones why you guys are actually here for.

MAC Huggable Lipcolour in Fashion Force

I featured this lipstick in my January haul and it very quickly reached favorite status. If you are looking for a long lasting lipstick, this is not it, but if you are looking for something that is comfortable and hydrating, look this way. The color is gorgeous and pigmented and just perfect for summer, it compliments my skin tone and I can see myself wearing this non stop.

MAC Eyeshadows in Embark and Antiqued

MAC shadows are the ultimate for me, I have not had one shadow that I did not like or that did not perform well. These shadows blend easily and the stay all day. They are pigmented and stay true to the color in the pan. The only problem I sometimes experience is with the darker one, Embar, it can sometimes look a bit muddy if not blended well but other wise these are top notch and they create the most gorgeous everyday look together. I use antiqued in the crease and then Embark lightly on the lid.

Elizabeth Arden Gran Entrance Mascara

This is not the first time that this baby made my monty favorites list. Click here to see my previous monthly faves where I have mentioned it. The packaging is so interesting and I mentioned that before as well. It does not have the normal twist up cap, instead you pull out the cap with the wand. Now the wand is created to assist with holding a curl and it does a great job at lengthening and separating my lashes. In my previous post I said Im going to pick up a full size product and heck, I still feel the same way - I just need to first get through most of the mascaras that is open at the moment. But I can highly recommend this mascara.

Bed Head TIGI Ego Boost

This was a gift from one of my blogger friends. She is the sweetest and I love her to bits. Please go check out her blog Koekelooks and send her some love on her social media platforms. Now this is an awesome leave in conditioner. It does not make my hair look greasy and it assist with retaining the moisture at the ends of my hair. It moisturizes them and help with less split ends. It also smell incredibly nice and I use this every time I wash my hair.

Benefit Hoola Brozer

We all know the magic that is Hoola. Its deep enough that you can broze with it, but at the same time its ashy enough that it can pass as a contour shade as well. I have been loving it to bronze my whole face and its been a love affair since day one. The powder is smooth and blends like a dream.  This is a cult classic and I completely understand why, I will keep on repurchasing this over and over and over again.

Please let me know in the comments below what your favorites were this month or leave me a link to your blogpost, I would love to go and check it out.

Love ya
Melanie
